In this dynamic hands on position you will have responsibility for the strategic management of key national grocery accounts together with the coaching and leadership of a junior staff member.

The Role:

  • Development of sales strategies to maximise the growth of the brand portfolio
  • Development and negotiation of promotional programmes
  • Achievement of financial budgets and management of Trade Spend
  • Development and implementation of profit growth strategies
  • Conduct Business Reviews and develop meaningful customer relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Management and Field Sales team


The Requirements:

We are seeking an action oriented FMCG Businesss Manager with the ability to take ownership of an important brand portfolio.

To make the transition into this position you will have the following:

  •  Successful track record of FMCG account and business management in the Grocery Channel
  •  Well developed analytical and commercial skills and negotiating ability
  •  Great interpersonal and team building skills and the ability to work with others to achieve results
  • Strategic planning agility and the confidence to think beyond the obvious to achieve outcomes
