Davey New Zealand supplies a Master Dealer network together with the NZ Plumbing Wholesale Channel, Dairy Industry and various other channels with a comprehensive range of water treatment and pumping products including UV, water filtration and purification systems. The NZ business is currently enjoying strong growth due to distribution gains, and new product development.
Responsible for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing market share and sales revenue consolidating key customer relationships and developing new business with end users.
The successful candidate will be capable of driving support and consolidating relationships alongside the dealer network. They will enjoy selling a technical product and will have the ability to develop a sales plan and strategy to gain greater market share within the region. They will deliver value by managing technical projects and resolving customer issues. Strong presentation skills are required as the successful candidate will provide product training to merchant staff and end users.
In addition you will have the following:
• A strong commercial understanding and an ability to set strategy and make key business decisions.
• Energetic and capable of rolling their sleeves up.
• The ability to drive service delivery.
• Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A highly motivated and energetic approach.
• Sound planning and prioritisation capabilities.
