The Company:
Our client, a successful, growth oriented company wishes to employ a Technician to join their Customer Support team. The company markets a range of quality pumping products and provides a high level of customer support while remaining at the leading edge of product development. The role will suit an individual withthe ability to pick up technical information readily.
The Role:
You will handle a range of phone and face to face queries regarding product specification and technical detail requests, and provide practical advice to customers and Master dealers. In addition you will investigate technical issues to determine repairs and assist with process design systems. You will enjoy matching customer applications to the product and thinking outside the square.
The Brief:
You will have basic engineering, mechanical or electrical skills and will enjoy being challenged by technical questions and issues. Ideally you will have experience as a service technician or mechanic and be seeking a new challenge. Additionally you will have the following:
• You will have a solid knowledge of the principles of pumping systems and enjoy working with technical products.
• Well-developed relationship development skills and dedication to customer services and customer needs.
• Excellent administrative and computer skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage day to day issues and problem solve is essential.
